To reactivate a suspended user, please perform the following steps:
- Login to your RESULTS.com platform
- Select the gear icon in the upper right-hand area of the screen
- Select "Users"
- From the Users page, switch the toggle for "Show Inactive Users"
- Locate the suspended user in question
- Select the Restore icon to the right of their name
You may still need to add the user back into any teams they had been in prior to their suspension.
