New Teams View
RESULTS has revolutionized the way you can view an overview of your Teams: now you can customize your experience with different filters and controls. The filters give you more control over the which Teams and Goals are displayed, and the controls let you change what's displayed and how. All together, these improvements let you create the visual arrangement that's most compelling to you at the moment.
Teams
First, go to Teams by clicking on "Teams" in the left-hand menu. As before, this lists the Teams you're able to view, along with each Team's Goals.

All Teams vs My Teams
Sometimes you want to oversee a large number of Teams, and sometimes you want to focus on your part of the company. When you do, you can now focus on just the Teams you manage or to which you belong. In the upper right of the center panel, toggle to "My Teams" to view only your teams. You'll get a straightforward visual understanding of how you're doing, where you need to focus attention, and where you need to acknowledge success.
Simply toggle back to "All Teams" to view the big picture.
All Goals vs Top Goals
It's often informative to overview all the Goals your Teams are pursuing, but sometimes it's useful to focus on a subset. Now you can.
First, you'll notice that you have the ability to drag and drop your goals. You'll want to order the goals under each one of your teams so that the 4 goals that are most important to you display directly under the team.
Now look at the top of the Teams page in the Center panel. You'll see how to toggle between the two views. "All Goals" will show everything, and "Top Goals" will show just the first 4 goals which you've dragged underneath a team from your teams dashboard.
Mix & Match
Notice, too, that you can chose any of the four possible combinations of Goals and Teams.
Controls
Expand/Collapse Teams
Notice the two new icons that appear at the top of the Teams' center panel – one up arrow and one down arrow.
Click the up arrow, and all your Goals are hidden, revealing instead just the list of your Teams.
Click the down arrow, and all of your Goals are shown at once, giving you a complete overview.
In both views, there's an arrow next to the Team's name. Toggle it to either show or hide that Team's Goals, giving you complete control over the relationships you want to view at once.
Card, Tile and List Views
You'll also see the familiar Card, Tile and List view icons in the upper right of the center panel.
- Card View - Shows the Goal's name, a graphic representation including its value or status, icons letting you know if it's an integrated KPI or a Child Goal, and flags if the Goal needs to be updated.
- Tile View - Shows the Goal's name, its value or status as text of the appropriate color, it's variance from its target value, and flags if the Goal needs to be updated.
- List View - Shows all of the above in a table.
+ New Team
At the top left of the Team center panel you'll find the "+New Team" link. Clicking it displays a new interface for creating a Team, which replaces the old "Manage Teams" page.
Name your team
Enter a unique name for the team. This is a required field.
Add your Team Manager
Only one manager allowed. Click the large "+" icon to start. Scan the list or start typing a name in the field at the top. Click the "+" next to the name to designate that person the Manager, and click the "Done" button at the bottom to finish.
Add Team Members
Add as many Team Members as you want. The interface works the same way, only now you can click multiple "+" icons next to people before clicking "Done."
Create the Team
Click the Create Team button to Save your new Team, or click Cancel to return to the Teams page.
Create a New Goal for a Team
Click "All Goals" at the top of the center panel, and then open the Team for which you want to create a Goal with the arrow next to the Team's name.
No matter which view you're using, you'll see an empty goal icon the same shape as the active goals, but with "+New Goal" in it. Click on that, and you'll launch the normal Goal creation process to create a Goal for that Team.
If you don't see the "+New Goal" icon, it's because you're viewing your "Top Goals." Toggle out of that and into "All Goals" using the buttons at the top of the center panel.
Team Controls
These three controls are at the top right corner of any Team panel.
Reorder Teams
The rectangle of dots allows you to grab the entire Team and move it. Click-and-hold to grab, and then reorder your Teams however you want.
Edit Team
The pencil icon lets you Edit a Team. This includes changing its Name, changing its Manager, and changing its Team Members.
Delete Team
Click the Delete Team trash can icon if you would like to preserve your goals, tasks, meetings, and parking lot items.
New Team Page
Looking at an individual Team has been improved in many of the same ways to let you customize your view.
