Following are the different methods and steps to create a task:
From a goal:
- Click on the goal for which you want to create a task
- Click on "Add task" under "TASKS"
- Please note that the “Goal name” is automatically defaulted as we are clicking from the particular goal in which we need to create the task.
- Enter information for the task, like “Task Name, Description”. This is also where you can create the task to either be due by a date, or recur daily/weekly/monthly.
- Choose to whom you want to assign the task. In this case we will select “Lisa Smith”.
- Click on “Save task”
From Me Page:
- Click on the “Add task” under ‘My Weekly Priorities’
- Enter information for the task, like “Task Name, Description" and select whether you would like the task to be due by a date or recur daily/weekly/monthly as stated above.
- Select the goal to which you want to assign the task. In this case we will select “Hire New Sales Manager For US”.
- Choose to whom you want to assign the task. In this case we will select “Lucy Brown”.
- Click on “Save task”
From Meetings Page:
- Click on the “Meetings Page” and choose a future meeting.
- Click on “Start” to begin the meeting.
- From the drop down menu select “Task”.
- The template to create a task appears.
- Enter information for the task, like “Task Name and Description" and select whether you would like the task to be due by a date or recur daily/weekly/monthly as stated above.
- Select the goal to which you want to assign the task. In this case we will select “Hire New Sales Manager For US”.
- Choose to whom you want to assign the task. In this case we will select “Lucy Brown”.
- Click on “Create task”
